Very late, hah, but decided to answer anyway.

105: I know I was visibly stunned with surprise at being kissed on the cheeks as a greeting the first time I visited Spain! Us Swedes are not a very touchy-feely people, in general...

133: Other people have probably said this several times already, but I think people say hate when they mean dislike.

Though I'm also of the opinion that people should be careful with their wording on the internet, where tone cannot be heard. If you don't write exactly what you mean, more people will misunderstand.

137: Er, so watch it and stay out of the fandom? Again, the amount of people willing to have what they watch controlled by people they don't respect is frankly astounding.

154: I adore Himawari, but wouldn't like a threesome with them at all. I prefer Domeki/Watanuki as a couple.

159: The GW fandom at that time was completely insane. Almost no one had seen the canon, so three or four BNF's controlled the canon interpretation, resulting in the initial Relena-hate and idiot Duo. The influx of fans who had actually seen the anime was a great relief! The banning of Relena-bashing (and character-bashing in general) on the ML's, the SDDI, the start of the archives like GW Addiction... Yeah, there were (and are, I suppose) still pockets of crazy, but only the amount that seem inevitable for every fandom.

162: People do seem to have trouble believeing true love can happen between two people of the same sex. I just don't understand why.

Wow, a Caedfael (sp?) secret! Since I don't watch a lot of TV, even PBS, I never heard of that show till my parents bought the DVDs. It's pretty cool.

As far as shipping goes, though, I figure almost anything's fair game. I mean, you don't think all RL medieval monks (or nuns, priests, etc.) were completely chaste 24/7, now, do you?! (LOL)

The Doctor does actually form rivalries with, uh, himself XD Best examples - The Three Doctors (where Two and Three spend the entire time bickering and attempting to one-up each other, with the occasional snark from One), and The Two Doctors, which features some EPIC snark between Two and Six. So yeah, that's actually canon XD Hell, even Time Crash had one-way snark! (Ten mostly looked like he wanted to make out with Fivey.)

And the Doctor and the Master aren't secret lovers, but only because everyone knows about it and hence it isn't a secret ^_^
