Your kid is clearly going to be fucked up. Not (just) because of the name you've given him, but because he hasn't even been born yet and you're already putting yourself and your wants first.

At least give him a male first name and Sakura as a middle name. That way YOU can refer to him as Sakura and he won't be constantly mocked.
