I am doing a bingo reading thing at my library. I need some books with one these subjects.

These are what I am looking for. These will complete two separate bingos so I have more variety.

-Maiden (teen girls, virgins, untried)
-Royalty (kings, Queens, emperor, empress)
-Water Bearer (rivers, lakes, ponds, water)
-Crab (shells, apples, grumps)
-Twins (pairs, duet, doubles, duplex)
-Swan (ducks, loons, water birds)

I love horror and drama novels. Nonfiction is fine as long as it is interesting. I like comedy such as Good Omens or Gil's All Fright Diner.

Not a fan of romance. I don't like Stephen King. High fantasy puts me to sleep.

But other than that, I am open to anything.

Beauty and the Beast, loathly lady/knight, robot/human, or monster+human romances where the non-human character is obviously non-human and preferably horrifying-looking and doesn’t turn into a handsome prince/beautiful princess at the end. Bonus points for asexual romance—not sanctimonious “chaste, Christian” ones though, just with asexual characters.

First? Indiana Jones 😍

(I distinctly remember thinking Han Solo was goofy-looking but being so enamored w/ Indy... maybe I was too young when I saw Star Wars to appreciate Harrison Ford. That or it's the hat.)

Adam West Batman—in my defense, I was maybe three. Latest... hmm. Mildly, Nick Fury, but only in Captain Marvel because Samuel L. Jackson as a singing cat-lover who did the dishes was adorable. Most recent full blown obsession—OUAT Rumpelstiltskin.

First: Rufio from Hook. I was 5 and I was so sad when he died.

Weirdest Things You've Felt Apologetic About

We stayed at two different hotels while travelling for business (super posh hotels because the company wooing us was paying for everything), and I had to call down and ask them to come change the mattress topper and duvet because it was all downfilled and I'm like... stop breathing levels of allergic.

I felt so bad for inconveniencing the housekeeping staff who came, but it never occurred to me to check with the hotel before getting there because I've never stayed anywhere that used actual down stuff.
