I think I'm like the only person who saw the movie who didn't see anything romantic to them - it seemed more like a brother/sister relationship where Tony just liked to jerk Pepper around to see her emotions. He was so stiff during the almost-kiss, and his eyes expressed no real want - not to mention how he scurried away afterwards.

Because she supports shooting wolves from helicopters. Because she tries to be cute and folksy and comes across as "that chick who got her promotion by flirting with the boss." Because she's anti-feminist. Because she's outright stupid. Because she thinks being picked as a running mate is somehow akin to all the hard work Hillary Clinton put in -- and I don't even like Hillary that much, so take that with a grain of salt.

Is that enough reasons, or do I need to give more?


EDIT: Oh, and, you know, because she abused her power to try and get her ex-brother in law fired, and then fired his commanding officer when it didn't work. Because she ignored conflicts of interest -- something, may I say, you have drilled into your head to avoid when you graduate with a journalism degree, which she did -- and accepted any gifts she was given. Because she thinks that being a woman should instantly merit her my vote. Because she used a quote about rape to justify why Every Woman In The U.S. should vote for her.

135: I never quite managed to get into Robin Hood, though admittedly I never tried all that hard (though since there is some overlap in fanbases for Merlin and Robin Hood, I might pick it up again) but I would never, ever hate on one show because tv execs decide they only have time for this one and not another. I remember a lot of people hating Dark Angel because it took the Firefly timeslot and it broke my heart. All that hate -_-

I saw a screening of it at a con and...I liked it? I think they could have found someone better, but I think he was pretty good.

And this is from someone who'd heard he was a batshit insane religious nut before the con. (Though, now I don't know where this came from. He didn't mention any Jesus stuff, and seemed pretty nice and funny.)
