You maybe don't think it, but a whole lot of shippers do. I have no problem with people shipping it, I just can't stand the way you are seen as not a real fan or not getting it if you don't ship it. If the John/Rodney shippers just stuck to shipping it and didn't try to take over the whole fandom, I wouldn't care.

108. I dragged my friends to this movie just because of its Scary Hate Sex potential, and man, was I bummed. (But it gave me a girlcrush on Rachel McAdams, so it wasn't all bad.) Also, I think I must have a kink for face-grabbing because that picture makes me feel all fluttery.

He has already admitted that he considers Rodney to be his girlfriend, so you know. 25 % there. ;)

And you know what? I would love it. I would love it even if they say he ends up with someone other than Rodney and I am relatively sure they are going to have Rodney be with Keller. I am okay with it just being, John is gay. Is that such a big deal? Does it change the show at all? Not so much.

Though I would probably bitch about it for one reason: I REALLY HATED DUMBLEDORE'S SUDDEN GAY. If she really thought that from book 1 why doesn't she just say it? The bigger deal with which we make outting people it keeps perpetuating it. A la my icon.

Outting Dumbledore is just strange to me; it was obviously something he didn't advertize and shouldn't have been told without the proper context. Still, it'd be difficult to explain why the headmaster was discussing his sexuality openly with a young boy. Were the series written from someone else's perspective, it might make more sense to include. I think JKR should have just left us with a few hints and stayed mum.

116. While I totally enjoy the art that everyone comes up with for what they look like beneath the helmets, I kinda have to agree with you. It's so hard to dissociate the armor from the character...hell, even in arts you get the armor colors in there.

136. It's still creepy. It was creepy when Quil imprinted on the two year old. It was creepy when Jacob imprinted on a newborn baby. There's no reason they couldn't imprint on girls closer to their own age besides the fact that SMeyer is a weirdo and probably thought she was being edgy. "A replacement for Bella" was exactly what she had in mind. Creepy. Creepy, I say!

Imprinting itself is creepy. It's just one more way SMeyer's characters are deprived of free will.
