107: Not having read or watched anything from this series, I'd say it's a pretty sure thing that they will get together in the end. Characterisation and/or chemistry is never taken into account when it comes to canon couples; it always ends the same way. I've stopped hoping for anything else.

133: Really? I like reading people's views about these things (and more), and maybe have a discussion about it. Scroll past it if you don't like it; you can't expect people to stop writing about certain things just because you aren't interested.

152: I think Iemitsu is a horrible parent, and while I too hope Tsuna keeps his own personality even as he grows as a person, I fail to see even the slightest resemblance between them. Tsuna's "goofy loser side" was created from almost criminal neglect and emotional abuse from both his parents, and Reborn had extreme amounts of trouble getting Tsuna to make even the smallest effort, since Tsuna's parents had crushed his self-esteem so completely that he had come to actually believe he was no good. Plus, they don't look alike at all; there are more similarities between Tsuna and the first. I much prefer it that way.

169: I had this problem with a friend at one time. She wasn't feeling well, and subconsciously took it out on the people around her. We only spent time together sporadically for a while, letting our relationship rest a bit, and now things are fine again.

That aside, fandom has some sort of irrational hate for FFVII, I think. I adore the original game, and Cloud; I can still see that there are flaws, but everything has flaws. I don't think there are many enough, or large enough to make it a bad game or story.

If your dream is to write, I urge you to do it. I can't understand what bringing up someone's faith has to do with whether a book is good or bad. A book is bad because of the author's writing or inability to be consistent with the storyline, not because he/she believes in this or that. That's irrelevent when you're writing. And you shouldn't be discouraged because people bring that into an argument over the series. Sure, our beliefs often finds itself into our stories because it's a part of who we are but as writers, we do draw from our own experiences and of the experiences of those we know. And often, we do so unconsiously.

Please, don't let the love/hate arguments over this series deter you from what you want to do and that is to write. If you're a good storyteller, then people will read your stories regardless of any other factor.

I wish you the very best in your writing endeavour and will keep my fingers crossed that you will be able to get past the twilight negativity and propel yourself onto the path of your dreams.

107: ARE YOU ME? XD I don't ship a lot of het. A bit here and there, but not much. Honestly, when I started watching/reading Neuro, I was in it for Sasazuka/Ishigaki. But then I started paying more and more attention to Neuro and Yako's interactions, and how Yako wants to help Neuro when ninety percent of the population would have gotten as far away from his as possible as soon as possible. And the way Neuro occasion says things (especially in the manga) that are borderline encouraging to her when she's really, really down. Somehow, I ended up shipping it more than anything else. XD

I hope that it will become canon. After all, Neuro has slowly been becoming something roughly human, right? So... I think it could work out. Possibly. ^^

124 - same. Once they got rid of chase, cameron, and foreman, I lost a lot of love for the show. I mean, I love Kal Penn, but he doesn't get enough screen time. The dynamic of those three with him was great to watch, and I just don't care as much anymore.

Actually, the day after sending this to the group, I told him.

Mostly because I realize that Simon wouldn't have been so slow about it, and that he was going to be my friend no matter what.

He doesn't quite know what to do about it though. He's extremely confused, and while he says he's never had someone so close to him before, friend or no, he rejected me.

I guess, I'm still happy. He's still my friend, and I feel a little better. And there's no rule saying things won't change. Like I said, he doesn't know what love is.

His sister says he's planning to ask me out over winter break, though. Stubborn man.
