147. If you're all of those things... how are you also a Mormon? I admit I don't know much about Mormonism, but a friend was one, and she was a devout conservative because she insisted she "had" to be for her church. Also, people don't think Twilight is bad because the author is a Mormon. Stephenie Meyer went out of her way to make sure her books were "Mormon-approved" with such a "pure" relationship between Edward and Bella in the first book, and that is just fucking hilarious because the entire book was such a complete train wreck of characterization. She tried too hard to inflict Mormon values onto a poorly thought out book that pandered to tweens. If you write a book with a great writing style, interesting characters, and intelligent plot structure? No one is going to say, "But that awesome plot twist was totally dumb cuz the author is a Mormon." Whereas saying the completely ridiculous relationship between Edward and Bella is even worse than it could have been because Stephenie Meyer tried to stick "Mormon values" into it? Justified because it's true. So write the fuck out of your dream and be a good person and no one is going to hold that against you.
(I don't think I'm expressing myself clearly, so I am going to stop myself here and let exhaustion claim me. Also, Twilight=srs bzns lol.)
