I understand a great many kinks, even tho they're not mine, but I do not get foot kink (and everything that includes bodily fluids, but I feel like those aren't as "mainstream"). If it's tagged in a fic, I will not click on it, even if my favorite author wrote it.
(Def on the YKINMK side tho. No judgement.)

I don't get following actors from project to project. I keep seeing people talk about how they've suffered through a show they didn't even like just because of that one actor and that is such an alien concept to me.
Yes, an actor might make me look up a movie/series of theirs, but if I don't like what I see, I sure as hell am not going to watch it.

I'd say it MIGHT have to do with being ace (mainly cause most of the comments I see go in the direction of: "But s/he's just so HOT!"), but I also don't buy books by authors I love just cause I loved their previous works. I always check if the book itself interests me.

Meng Yao and Lan Xichen deserved better - not necessarily as a ship but as characters.

Meng Yao is ten times more interesting than Wei Wuxian, and the only reason why Lan Wangji got his happy ending (which he totally deserved, I'm not begrudging him that) while Lan Xichen was doomed to seclusion is because he's the love interest of the main character.

Lan Xichen did nothing wrong! (Neither did Meng Yao in my book, but that's a bit more debatable, I admit)

S!b: I also believe Xue Yang deserved Xio Xingcheng more than Song Lan - well, at least it would have been less boring. But then again, I hated the Yi City arc, and Xue Yang was the only fun part about it.

The first time I heard the song Jessie's Girl, it was as background for something and I only caught some of the lyrics from the chorus. I somehow misunderstood the line "I wish that I had Jessie's girl" as "I wish that I was Jessie's girl" and when I finally listened to the song properly I was very disappointed.

I HATE the new format of Halloween Baking Championship. I liked the rhythm of preheats and main heats and as much as I love Carla, she's a little annoying as the new host. Oh well, there's always Halloween Wars!

I usually agree with most people that RPF is creepy but with Game Grumps, with Dan and Arin? That stuff writes itself! I can't help myself. Side note, I love how shoppers don't really make Arin out to be much skinnier than he is in real life.

I genuinely thought Merlin/Arthur were a canon couple until I actually watched it myself. I can't even claim I was queer baited, I just confused fanon with canon.

I love that we are getting more female loving female canon ships in cartoons, but still, part of me wishes we'd see a little more body variety. It's still pretty skinny girl with pretty skinny girl. Secret because I spund ungrateful, I guess.

It's been a rotten year so I'm finally doing something nice for myself and am paying someone to make a shippy video for me on YouTube. Secret because that's silly, right? Secret 2 because it's for a totally random, cringey ship (Aladdin/Mozenrath) but it's from my childhood and it makes me happy.

I believe Late Phases is one of the best werewolf films out there. It's so smart and well done and original...but no one has ever heard of it and the premise sounds gimmicky..."werewolf in a retirement community"is kind of funny.
