Yes I liked X-Files with Mulder and Scully, but I liked Agent Doggett. One of my favorite episodes involves Doggett and Mulder trapped on an Oil Rig with a mysterious thing killing people.

I liked Doggett and Scully together as partners. But then it was while I was writing X-Files fanfic that I realized my favorite character was Scully and so it was more important to me as viewer that she be in the series than for Mulder to be in it.

104. Eh. Whedon tries, but he fails a lot, too. I think he could do with an education in academic feminism, because while he has some of the right ideas, he sure could use having a few myths put to bed, too. (ZOMG PROSTITUTION IS EMPOWERING!!!!11)

163. Okay I'm pretty active in the megaten fandom and now I'm curious ;3. I know quite a few fans who haven't finished that game due to 'scratched disks' and other such why not buy a new one excuses - perhaps you are one of these, anon?

It's a challenging game, for sure, but that's part of the fun. When you beat it you feel like you've actually accomplished something as opposed to the all-too-common RPG 'extended cutscene with occasional presses of the X button'. Besides, if you've played other megaten games before you should have an easier time of it - the power-ups are your friends/exploit weaknesses strats are the same in Nocturne, too. It was my first Atlus game and boooooy did it ever kick my ass down the stairs for a while. Playing it for a second time with more SMT experience has changed everything.

Also, feel free to ask for tips, anon. It's the best game in the SMT series to date, and it's a shame you haven't beaten it. I will help!
