Umm, actually no, it's just England. The name "Britain" or "UK" is just a confusion within the fandom, but the character is explicitly England (igirisu) in the strips. Scotland made an off-screen appearance (huh) once by pelting things at England, and Wales and Northern Ireland have not been created yet.
