107. People don't owe you certain things just because of talent, and her writing that isn't a "waste" of it. If she's enjoying herself, then that's really all that matters.

121. Word. I don't like them very much -- I read the first one so that I'd understand what everyone was talking about. But it's not as though enjoying them makes you less of a person. It's just a piece of writing. Some people enjoy lurid romance novels, which is kind of what I see that as, except for teens.

I don't think I'd like being a BNF. I believe that when someone takes the time and energy to leave me feedback or comment on one of my posts, the least I can do is answer with a 'thank you' and a few words in response, and if I got the amount of feedback that BNFs get, I just wouldn't have time to answer every comment. I'm behind as it is, responding to feedback left for old work I've done, and trust...I don't get a lot.

139: You can still enjoy something and be in the fandom without thinking of it in the same way as a lot of others do. They might think it's profound, and you might just think it was good, but that doesn't make you any less of a fan. Unless you didn't actually like it at all? I can't tell. But even if you hated it that doesn't make you any less of a person. It just means you have different tastes. And if they don't realize that then they're stupid. --This coming from someone who loved the movie to bits and cried her face off. xD

171: That made me sad. I usually make fun of TRC, but I'm really attached to it and when he died I flipped out a little. HE'D BEEN THERE SO LONG, and I think anyone who was invested in TRC at all by that point felt sad, because he'd spent the whole manga working towards his goal, laughing, making friends, learning, and after all of that he really wasn't going to come home with them. :(

But I was kind of pissed that Fay wasn't going to be a pirate anymore. xD

Oh god I feel for you. Maybe you could have someone transform her to robot mode for you D: Because yeah, BA's design in Animated! Is pretty cool. I actually like this version better than he Beast Wars BA.

If you want to watch it you should. I doubt it can really change your feelings on Wing if it was your first fandom, so go ahead and give it a try.

That being said, I've watched both, and I like Wing better. 00 has its moments and it's very pretty, but in the end I like most of the Wing cast better than the meisters. Wing is also better paced imo. (Oh, and the 00 music's great!)
