Not!Fandom: I don't get it. What do men wear that women can't? I mean, there's a social stigma against men dressing like women, but one doesn't really exist for women dressing like men anymore. This is, of course, assuming you're in a typical Western sort of culture. I'm just curious as to how you want to dress and why you can't.

Morons' speech is wonderful, and Bart's expression throughout it really sells his frustration at his situation as well as his fondness for the Waco Kid (can't remember his first name... was it 'Jim'?') Theirs wasn't where my weakness for Black Guy/White Guy Platonic Love relationships came from, but it certainly added to it. HEART.

The vast majority of the fandom fic is badly written and obnoxiously ever present. I'm with you, I stopped reading Torchwood fanfic altogether. Plus who, in Gods name, writes 89 part fics that are updated twice a day? I mean, enough already.
