112 Yeah, I thought it was kinda weird how quickly her character seemed to change once she found out she was a Cylon. She's the only one of the Final Five Four that took the whole "being bad feels so good" approach once she found out.

140 When I read the comic I wasn't that into Rorschach, but the film made me like him a lot more. His costume is still ten times more awesome than the other characters'.

142 I liked that Dan witnessed Rorschach's death and his reaction to it as well. I felt bad for Rorschach a little in the comic, like nobody really cared about him at all, but in the movie you get the feeling that Dan really cared about whether he lived or died. I'm not one of those people that ship Dan/Rorschach but I do like the idea that Dan was the only person who Rorschach was able to make any kind of personal connection with.

155 Well, technically it is a graphic novel. "Comics" are magazines, not books. I know it was serialized first but most people didn't read Watchmen when it was originally serialized, they just bought or read the graphic novel version. So it makes sense to refer to it as a "book" or "novel". That's like saying that Even Cowgirls Get the Blues isn't a novel since parts of it were published elsewhere first (it was serialized in High Times before it was published as a book). It's still a novel, since it exists in that form.

157 That's funny, because I had a huge crush on Person, but I checked in the novel and there's a picture of him, and he's ugly as fuck. I mean, I mostly liked him because of his personality anyway, but the real guy is nowhere near as cute as the actor playing him. (Also, I feel stupid for not reading the book and enjoying the miniseries, because my husband bought the book and read it before the miniseries came out and told me to read it like a million times, but I never did.)

the secret never says that Watchmen isn't a graphic novel, it just says that the OP doesn't like the term. Furthermore, the medium of comics goes way beyond the very narrow definition you give it. Take, for example, comic strips in newspapers, those are comics but they're not in a magazine. All graphic novels are comics. Watchmen is both. Also, if you want to get technical, the definition of the word "novel" includes that it is prose*, so technically speaking Watchmen is not a novel.

I've had people joke about it, and ask "Is that really a real thing?" but when I explain it they usually accept it, or at least pretend they do. And, hey, the more we raise awareness, the sooner it will come to be thought of as an orientation like any other.

104.- I don't think that the fandom in general hate that pairing o.O, at least they don't have why. And it has good supporters, and I'm sure that a lot of people will be interested in the pairing if you put made a good work with it.

I have start reading an Azula/Sokka fanfic pretty good, an very IC ( by the moment xD ), but the autor never uploaded it again T_T ...

I say moderate where you post stuff, if a comm is known to have bashers don't post there, yes you may be limiting your audience, but sometimes fics and what not are just going to have naturally smaller audiences and you are going to have to deal.
