Right there with you. This is how I was with Iron Man. And X-men. They were the comics that I grew up with and literally shaped my life. But suddenly everyone has a hard on for Tony Stark. And the movies for X-Men are absolute shit. But I could ignore it because my favorite character was Gambit and they hadn't ruined him yet... But that'll all change when Wolverine comes out. At least Watchmen the movie did a WONDERFUL job.

110 - I still miss Nine. He was, well, fantastic.

112 - I liked her when she was just Roslin's assistant, even though I mourned Billy forever. But she's gotten to be pretty pointless as of late.

117 - Very shippy in the movie. People need to realize that movie =/= comic and deal with it, IMO. But then we'd miss out on all the wank.

120 - I'm still holding out hope for Leoben to return for the finale (even though I know it isn't going to happen). I do like the recent dynamic with Kara toward Sam, and it makes me want to root for them. I just DNW Lee/Kara.

155 - Does it really matter, as long as it's appreciated? A rose by any other name and all.

I'll never understand fans who claim to love something, but very clearly dismiss basically all of it to make stupid little pairings that have no context IC.

i'm pretty sure that about 80% of those people have never even watched the show.

105. Well, he’s practically so, especially in the first season where he admits that the only things he cares about are money, the things money can buy, and Nate Archibald. Sorta sad that their friendship fell by the wayside this season, because it was the only redeemable thing Chuck had going for him in the early point of the show.

And judging from his love for his adopted little brother and other general comments, he’s still far more accepting of homosexuality compared to other teenage boys on TV.
