I actually agree, and this is coming from someone who watched the show. Then again, I think the show would've been all right had it got rid of the "EPIC" romance and stuck with exploring the vampire lore. Anything revolving around Mick, Josef, and Coraline was pretty good.

You've probably not in this fandom, but when I read your comment this fic popped into my head. Because you probably don't know anything about Stargate: Atlantis (going by your userinfo), you probably won't realize that this is one of the best fics in the SGA fandom. And that's saying a lot, because SGA fandom is huge and, in my opinion, has a very high ratio of amazing fic to okay fic.

Um, what about the people that play it casually/don't really take it seriously (and treat it as any other video game)? I played it in high school but never raided, did BG's only occasionally, really just played for the exploration aspect of it (and yes I know I'm kinda in the minority there)...but uh, do you judge me?

And for the record, yeah, I too think people who take WoW incredibly seriously and get butthurt about things in it are annoying as fuck.
