That’s an incredibly backwards way of thinking, and is absolutely not how any of this works. That’s especially not what sanctions work. And real presumptuous of you to assume that you’re not talking to someone who’s doing all they can as someone who’s not in the government to fight in order to pressure the government to change.

I really hope this is a joke, and it just went over my head. Because if it’s not, it’s almost as bad as the anon who has it out for every Russian citizen, including the innocent ones.

I still hate Daylight savings in general, but it’s kind of helping me this time with my absolutely insanely out of whack circadian rhythm. Having one less hour, “springing forward” as they say, means I have slightly less time to wait to go to bed tonight after I try to force myself to stay up all day for the first time in weeks. I’d like to get a more normal sleep schedule soon, so waking up at 2 in the morning doesn’t feel like I got lucky and slept in anymore. And that’s not hyperbole. So usually, screw Daylight savings. But right now, I’ll take all the help I can get.

I always thought The Fifth Element was one of the most realistic portrayals of the future since it's basically the present but with more technology. As far as I know, Futurama is similar in tone, so, yeah, I agree. Unfortunately.

The shipping costs are flat rate for every non-US country and priced less than his store, you can literally get the ebooks, which are drm-free, and again, you can wait until they are traditionally sold. I don't know, I'm not seeing it.

Interesting, I didn't realize every person triggered in this thread, including yourself, was an American. Most of the responses are anon; you have no idea if it's between two people or fifteen, or if one American or multiple were "triggered."

I really don't care if people point out negative shit about America. I'd probably agree for the most part. The difference is there does overall seem to be an attitude from America that they are the 'best country on the planet!' despite there being major flaws in their system.
As an Aussie, I'm sick of being portrayed as backwater hicks in American media and generally online, when the majority of us live in cities and are pretty sophisticated.
