As someone who leans in the weirder ships I'm not sure what I would even do if I was in your shoes (Thankfully I'm on the "never become canon please" boat). Good luck, anon!

Oh man. Fanfic has been my go-to for entertainment since the Great Recession, 'cause it's free. I can't even imagine not being able to get into fanfiction as a genre.

Aw, I'm sorry, OP.

Wow, that's rough my dude. Fanfic is the only form of media that I find extremely easy to get into. It just has a direct line to my Id. Everything else is a thousand times more hit and miss for me than fanfic is. This is probably not the healthiest thing in the world, but I honestly don't know what I'd do without it.

It is definitely harder for me to transition from screen or comic to prose, but I find it really easy with prose fandoms. Sympathies that this doesn't work for you.

I mean, in this picture, and thinking back to some of her shows...I guess I can see it? I think I just associate her with her roles too much to see it and I like her, whereas I'm not a fan of Winx club lol

Why? Well, LGBTQ folks can have babies too and/or adopt, and I think showing that is perfectly fair.

But now you've got me curious (no pun intended). I don't read romance novels and it would be interesting to see the ratio of babies-ever-after endings vs. not.

I thought it was kind of sexy actually, in a dark way.

I agree about the ending. I would have liked to see the "angel" burn up in the sun, since it was coming up about that time anyway.

Also wasn't Erin going to die anyway when the sun came up? Not trying to take away from her sacrifice. I'm sure she went through a lot of pain, but she was also doomed.
