... but you wouldn't mind if someone else made them for you! As always, including the fandom and full character names is a big help, and while I'm definitely not the world's greatest expert at secret design, I'll try my best. Please note that secrets with lots of text are sometimes difficult to accommodate and I'll give it a shot but might not be able to make secrets where the text is so lengthy that I can't fit it into the limited space. Also, this is not the appropriate place to hold political debates or arguments about what is and is not fandom - those can go in the General Comments section as their own thread, no need to make it into a secret.

I'll monitor this thread until tomorrow's secret post goes up, so feel free to leave your comments until then!

I consider myself a somewhat serious Swiftie. I mean I've buy all the special editions before just for the extra pretty pictures.

But I don't physically own a copy of Midnights, and I'm thinking TDPD might go the same way. I refuse to buy a CD that's missing literally half the songs on the album.

(Seriously what was with Midnights? She prints money with every single release; she couldn't have released the Til Dawn Edition by now?)

I heard gushing over how Rogue One is the best of the new Star Wars movies. I finally watched it, and personally, I'm meh about it. To me, it's like the DC franchise and 'Wonder Woman,' where the rest of the DC movies are so bad that it looks good in comparison. By itself, it's just okay. I wish it had been better. I even think it had potential. But I don't think it's a masterpiece, even by the low standards of Star Wars.

I'm not upset about the announcement that they're moving on from YouTube. I'm upset about the way it was delivered. I'd rather watch a black screen with yellow and blue text than anything with a major production value.

And maybe having the guy who has a Tesla and eats edible gold and meals worth $1k for fun wasn't the best choice for the "anyone can afford it" line.

I've never seen Rebel Moon, but I have seen Battle Beyond the Stars. By all accounts, this means I actually pretty much have seen Rebel Moon.

There is nothing wrong with shooting day-for-night with just a blue filter or pair of tights over the lens. More movie makers should do it again. We need the meta-light, to better see the darkness by.

The Fallout TV show makes me hope for a Warhammer TV show. I loved the show, I did, but I hate games and gaming. I just don't enjoy them. The show makes me feel like I can be part of the fan discourse and community though. Same with Warhammer, I find painting the minis tedious in the extreme. I just wanna find a way to be part of it, without having to spend five quintzillion bucks on paint and minifigs.

[Wh40K] The Imperium of Man routinely loses whole planets due to filing errors. Why is it so hard to believe that someone in the Propaganda arm forgot to tell the people doing their hiring for the Custodes that they were not supposed to be recruiting women all along? That sounds completely in-character for the Imperium.

I don't think neurotypicals understand just how important canonicity and backstory is to people who are neurodivergent. That shit matters to us. Saying just ignore this massive change in backstory, or pick and choose the bits you want, or "the old stuff is always there", isn't always something easily achievable for us.

The best way to explain the insanity of the Warhammer 40k universe, is to say that these are the people who would spend a million soldier's lives to possess a single page of a Haynes Manual for an Austin Allegro. I miss the lore of old Warhammer. This new Age of Sigmar just isn't cutting it in terms of engaging fluff. GW needs to really up the amount of lore they put out.

[Highlander, The Old Guard, etc] I don't know why immortals would want to hide in the 21stC. I get it for the old days, they'd get killed for religious dumberry, but these days? That is an unneeded plot tactic, just come out the immortal closet and get good book deals and university history professor tenureships. Get rich just by selling your blood to vampire-wannabe billionaires like Peter Thiel.

I'm glad Games Workshop is finally doing something about the fashie incels they have collected in the fandom, but they really needed to start taking out this trash about three editions ago, at least.
