Tumblr isn't a social site like LJ, it wasn't designed for that. That's why there's not chat, no real way to communicate unless you use reblogging & the ask box. It was never meant to be used for personal connection.

I quite like Johnny Wander, but I hope you keep trying OP. Make as many connections as you can with other artists, and get word spread about your comic. It is very easy to compare yourself, and that's cool, but I'd recommend looking at where Ota is now as a goal.

If you wanted to send me a link to your comic privately or whatnot, I'd definitely love it as I'm always looking for new comics to read.

I'm a Hetalia fan and I'm disgusted that you had to deal with with that OP. That's just terrible!

When I first heard about the earthquake my mind was definitely not on Hetalia-character fanfic/fanart sexy tiemz. That was the farthest thing from my mind. I was thinking "Oh my god, oh my god, are my Japanese friends ok?!" (Thankfully they're near Nagoya so they're all safe.)

So yeah, not all us Hetalia fans are that crazy. Don't group us sane ones with the insensitive/crazy/stupid ones.
