I think the only ones I've seen here were about Kuroshitsuji. And a couple on the Portal kink meme bitching about how wanting a Vocaloid AU wasn't a kink and therefore didn't belong on the meme. WTF is the big deal with Vocaloid anyway?

I know what you mean. I'm 23, but I feel like I'm seeing younger and younger people in fandom(s) and around the internet in general. Like, everyone who has a Tumblr seems to be younger than I am. O___o It's weird. But it's not bad! Doesn't mean you can't have fun meeting people! No such thing as a "right" age.

It does get messy. Definitely not denying that there are jerks on the anti-whatever kind of kink side as well, I've seen them go off as well as the other kind. (Especially stupid are the ones who go where they KNOW they'll be triggered, then complain about it.) But the thing that annoys me is the idea that anyone who doesn't like a kink should not be allowed to express their thoughts on it (I think that's OP's deal here.) If I has a right to say "I get off on XXX", then you have an equal right to say "I find XXX really disturbing and I don't like it." A lot of people seem to feel that someone's saying "I hate this kink" is the same as saying "I hate you, you suck and are evil", which granted sometimes does seem to be the case but not always. It's like saying "I hate XXX manga" versus "I hate XXX manga's fans"; there's a difference there, but sometimes the fans don't differentiate. And a lot of people seem to believe that people who don't like certain kinks are not entitles to say anything about it at all, even though the kink-haters' opinions, thoughts and feelings are exactly as valid as the kink-defenders'.

I like Brittany too and hope she doesn't die but if her character is your sole reason for living, I think you should seriously reexamine your life, anonny

I have love for them both, both characters & actors, but I genuinely don't feel a big desire to hit it. Like, at all. With either of them. Like, I think of them the way I do my older cousins or something--I think they're fun and cool and I'm aware that they're good-looking, but it doesn't make me ~feel~ anything in a sexy way. IDEK. They're just totally not my type, but you wouldn't think that would matter with a celeb/fictional character fangirl crush...IDK. (Now Misha, on the other hand... :9 :9 :9)

Nah. It's Bill Pullman and he's like...70 now. I don't think he's going to be the focus of any hot ships/fan fantasies.

I do believe they got back together after his accident. She's pregnant right now and I assume it's his.

But--aargh! He's only slept with MAYBE two people ever!! There seems to be this myth on the show that he's some kind of stud, except he married his high school sweetheart and then nothing happened with Shelby or April or Emma. He probably got with Holly, but that's IT. I rather think it should've said "condescending, egomaniacal douchetractor," but that might not have fit.

I think you may have it mixed up with Return to Zork. That one had a hedge maze which was a royal pain in the can to get lost in, with a singing tree and a blind bowman a giant fucking spider (MOMMY!).

Nemesis was the one with the creepy temple and the dead evil alchemists.

You should just give it a try, because they look WAY hotter when moving around and talking and when you know the characters, than when you just see pictures. I didn't get into SPN until season five or so because I always saw pictures and thought, "c'mon, these guys aren't hot" and it irritated me that everyone drooled at them. When I finally gave it a try ... well, Sam isn't my type, though I can see the appeal if you're into cute, boyish faces, but I'd bang Dean in a heartbeat. So just give them a try - most of the well-known pictures of them don't do them justice.

And even if you don't find them hot, the show is tons of fun and there are enough side characters around to drool at.

I have never seen a community or forum site where it wasn't a rule to put your fics under cut along with a summery. Same for art that is NWS. Also sites like Y-Gallery and FA have filters you can apply.

I don't understand why people feel the NEED to tell someone when they don't like something every-single-time.

It's like saying, "PAY ATTENTION TO MEEEE!"...it DOES get annoying, so it's no wonder the kink-writers/drawers get annoyed back at these people who have to inform them they don't-like-something.

...I feel like I'm saying this a lot in this week's posts, but that's kinda not how TV writing works. OK, yes, this show is far more in touch with its fanbase than...basically any other show I've ever seen, but they don't base it ENTIRELY on what we want/think/come up with. Believe me, I'd be thrilled if Dean/Cas was canon and everyone just got naked, but (a) that'd be lazy as fuck and I'd be disappointed in them as a writer and (b) it's the CW, for fuck's sake, not Showtime. Just how much do you think they can get away with?! So...yeah, almost but no.
