Hello Kitty isn't a cat. According to Sanrio, themselves, she is actually a little girl from England whose name is Kitty White.

And if you think about it, "Kitty" isn't that strange of a name. It's the shortened nickname form of Katherine. So, Hello Kitty's real name is Katherine White. Though Hello Katherine White doesn't have the same ring as Hello Kitty.

Not OP, but yeah, I once created a secret entirely to spark wank, and I can't be the only one. (I'm still proud of that one. It was a picture of the Star Wars prequel movie posters, captioned with the text "I liked these movies". Wonderfully simple. I've never seen the prequel movies in my life, so I really don't have any opinion on them, I just thought it would be funny to watch.)

Only it's not that easy. You can't choose to just love someone. You can (wrongly) think you will, but then it doesn't happen. Even if you fake it quite diligently,kids can generally pick up on it.

You know, the no jokes thing works with Batman but not for most of the rest of the DC universe. Come on, The Flash could so be fun abd funny. (I am glad they are going the TV route with The Flash and the the movie route. A dower Barry Allen would be boring.)

This made me smile. To me, as pleasingly slashy as a lot of their interactions are, I just want them to be... like, close forever. I mean, they both had SOs, but then you can just imagine two couples/families that will always sort of be in each others' pockets, and that's also a really lovely image.

I liked Clara until series 8's premiere, where she suddenly became shallow and nearly left the Doctor because he wasn't young anymore.

Okay like

Don't like her if you don't like her, think that Moffat failed if you think Moffat failed, but that's not what happened. That's literally the exact opposite of what happened. Moffat pretty much devoted half of the episode to showing that's not what happened. I mean, I think the fact that he went to such lengths to show that's not what happened is one of the major problems with the episode.

Don't get me wrong, she didn't owe him anything, but she could have least given him a clean break.

And yet they are still committed to doing an Aquaman movie. I know they are trying to grimdark him up, and having him beat down Necksnapperman to prove it, but I liked the goofy Aquaman. He was cool by virtue of not trying to be cool, even if he was also a goofy dork at the same time. I don't think DC really knows exactly why its readership (and viewership from the cartoons) actually like DC's properties. All DC knows is they want to be taken oh-so seriously, like they are doing serious cinema and not those grubby popcorn movies Marvel makes.

On the subject of Marvel; where is my Kamala Khan movie, Marvel? Or She-Hulk? But not a Black Widow movie though please, that would just be full of all those Matrix/Underworld catsuit stunts and probably little else.

As far as the 180 on her character, I don't think that's quite true. I think that she's still basically the same. The text is TELLING us "control freak!" but I'm not getting that from the actual writing. So idk.

I just think Jenna is really charming and a good actress. I think she's able to elevate the material that she's given which is maybe why I do like Clara so much.

And the stuff you mentioned doesn't mean jack. Plenty of kids hate their siblings, and lord knows a lot of us would not want to be judged by our internet history.

Seriously, if your kid is showing bad behavior, for heaven's sak - talk to him, parent him, don't write him off as a criminal before he even did anything.
