14 -- WTF, that pairing is CANON. And I don't mean in the "OMG SO CANON" way, I mean it's...actually canon. Seriously, Venom is one of my primary characters, and my boyfriend's roommate plays Faust. When Venom gets hit with Faust's scalpel super, he makes a reference to having buttsex with Zato. Why the fuck would people give you shit about it?

OH GOD YES PLEASE. I agree 100%. (Except for the drawing fanart thing, 'cause my drawing skills are crap.) I'm going to buy the book for that same reason. =D

And I'm having the same want-to-ship-him problem. Everytime someone says they think a certain character is asexual, I go, "Yeah right, whatever". But, seriously. He's the most asexual person I have ever seen.

I'm so glad this post is bringing out the Guilty Gear fanfolk. If you're actually writing Venom/Zato, I'd be totally interested -- it seems like Ky/Sol is the most popular pairing in the fandom, which is OK, but...Venom and Zato have a more interesting story, I think.

As much as I agree with you on the "Suki being dead is more realistic" thing, I disagree on the Azula always lying point: interestingly enough, she tells the truth OFTEN, and while people tend to take Zuko's mantra seriously, when he said that, she was TELLING THE TRUTH. Their dad WAS going to kill him. She was WARNING him, and cruelly at that, but she was still being honest. That's what's ironic about the while mantra, she DOESN'T always lie.

Azula is surprisingly open about her intentions, because she's confident and strong.
