22. I have the opposite problem.

XSII is my least favorite game in the series. However, I've seen a ton of people in the fandom love on it so much that I usually don't mention my hate of it. XSIII is my favorite.

XSII's battle system wasn't that great. In fact, I hate it to death. There's only one way to win and it gets really, really repetitive and the computer doesn't have to follow the same rules as the player, unlike in XSIII. I don't think coordinating an attack to a button press was really that cool. I don't see what the big deal about it was, especially when most of the time, you use the same combination for the entire battle. XSIII actually has, for me, a fun system. II's was just tedious and the same thing over and over again until you win or the computer pulls something cheap out of its ass to beat you over the head.

Yeah, it went to the "traditional" menu style, but it actually made playing the game fun instead of a chore just so I could see the next cutscene. And it's not same as other menu turn based RPGs, it incorporates breaks and the boost gauge. I think the menu system was a huge improvement rather than a cop out. I could actually enjoy Xenosaga as a game instead of just a story for once.

I liked both II's and III's battle systems for their differences and quirks for each of them, but yes. :>b III's was so much fun to me too, especially the ES battles.

Sorry, 19, but one of the writers or producers flat out said that Suki is still alive. I think it would be a lot better for the story if she died (even though I think that the kyushi warriors kick butt) but she's alive.

No sympathy from me, but I find Paine completely uninteresting. As for the rest of the FF girls, I don't think you're giving them enough of a chance. Several kicked ass, and they didn't conform to a stereotype while doing it.

Actually, if I remember right, Serenade (second picture in your secret) is a girl in the Japanese version and male in the American version. THAT pissed me off because I liked the idea of one of the most powerful net navi in the world (she was called "King of the Undernet" for goodness sakes) being female. It pissed me off when they changed her gender in the English version.

I forget who the character you're referring to is, though. I know s/he was one of Weil's Numbers, but it's been ages since I last played Mega Man Zero 3. You sure she wasn't a girl? O_o What was her true form again?

The ambiguous one is known as, if memory serves me right, Kyyubit Foxtar. Kind of a Ninetailed fox-PERSON apparently, with female voice actor and what sure as heck looked like birthing hips to me. But hey, apparently it's a dude. Just like Childre Inarabbita, that little blue Rabbit-thing who was apparently a boy. Man I'm glad Capcom stopped cutting girls out of the action with ZX, all these dudebots and not one single fembot was getting on me nerves.

And agreed about Serenade, for pretty much the same reasons. Awesome as Megaman is, the series wouldn't exactly SUFFER if we got more enemies who'se names didn't end with Man.

12. Awww, Petz. So many memories of that game. I would always download tons of user-made breeds because the ones that came with the game weren't enough. There were some really beautiful and obscure ones. I remember being so excited when I got to see a real-life Catahoula Leopard Dog puppy at the Humane Society I volunteered at, because it was one of my favorite downloaded Dogz breeds. :P

It annoyed me when Nintendogs was released because everyone was acting like it was SO REVOLUTIONARY NO GAME LIKE THIS HAS EVER BEEN MADE BEFORE!! Like Petz had never existed. Sure, I assume that the DS game has a few more advanced features, but I kind of think the Petz were cuter in a strange way. Like someone else said, they weren't really supposed to look "real." Anyway, awesome secret.

22. I've only played some of the first Xenosaga game. While it is indeed interesting to have a female lead for once, my main issue with it was that there were so many FMVs and they were so long once they began. Like, strings of FMVs really close together with very little actual control of the characters/story. There were seriously moments where it had been so long since actual gameplay that I almost forgot how the battle system worked or where I was supposed to go next. And it was a real problem when one wanted to just play for a few minutes and then save. So that wasn't too fun.

I'm kinda disappointed because I was looking forward to series 4 as the series where the Doctor moves on, goes back to his old self, adventures with Donna, Donna bitchslaps him, NO DALEKS SHOW UP AT ALL and the Black Guardian and/or the Rani prance around. I love Rose, I do, but oh god I hate what RTD is doing to all the characters. Hell, the show. But yes, I'm not happy about this turn of events. But I don't want him to forget Rose. I just want Rose to stop being the most special companion ever.

AND CAN WE GET SOME ALIENS UP IN DOCTOR WHO? D: Less Earth stories and Earth companions! Grab some aliens! TIME AND SPACE!

22. I agree but mostly with your statement about female leads and the third part not making any sense compared to the first (my knowledge of the game is not very good as I'm kind of experiencing it third-hand).
