36. Did I make this secret without knowing or something? Seriously. You are not the only one. I'm torn between choosing to watch Seed or that one, and the more I hear about that idea the more I'm leaning towards watching it.

49. I love pro-Misa secrets, and this one made a really good point! I'll admit she's not one of my favorite females characters ever. But the more positive things I hear about her, the more I'm beginning to rethink that opinion. :)

Well, as a fan of SEED, one of the things that's kept me from watching 00 so far is the way a lot of its fans rave about how it "fixes the things that were wrong with SEED" etc etc. They're very different. SEED has lots of cheesy but fun love-saves-the-day stuff, great character development, fun pairings, and shiny music and fights, but is light on the grittiness and politics. 00 seems to be picking up the political slack--but I haven't watched it, so I don't know for sure.

As someone from Iceland (lol), I can tell you that you should definitely not be embarrassed about that at ALL. It really makes me happy when people express an interest in Iceland through music. It used to be that when I said I was from there, people would just say "LOLZ BUHJORK!" and it would result in headdesk. But now people are interested in the land (thanks to music videos) and the language, and hopefully the culture as well. I wish I could hear this more about the Japanese and their music, but unfortunately there is pretty much an automatic stamp of weaboo if you listen tot hat kind of stuff (which I personally don't mind, but I know a lot of people do).

Anyway YAY for Iceland! :D I hope you get to visit it someday, it's really the most beautiful place on earth. /pride lol

I would have liked XII more if the gambit system didn't play the game for me, (and the game without gambits just doesn't work very well) and if there was actually a point to Vaan, Penelo, and Fran existing at all. (I don't hate them, I just get really annoyed that they contributed almost nothing to the overall plot)

49. I don't really like Misa, but that's because she was defined almost entirely by her manic, obsessive love for Light. I don't like characters like that.

49. I have nothing against Misa. I think she's kind of cute and makes me laugh from time to time. But I hate her around Light because all I keep thinking is "OMG WHY ARE YOU WITH HIM?" Sure, she's not the sharpest knife in the shed but she's pretty sweet and deserves better. It'd also be nice if wasn’t the only constant female presence in the series and every male character wasn't freaking smarter than her.
