Me too OP. It seems like he was supposed to be apart of the main story, but for whatever reason he was cut out at the last minute.
What makes it worse, is that unless Toby ever spills the beans or makes a sequel (which I'm pretty sure he's states he's not doing) we'll probably never know his full backstory/character arc.

Is it in a ... pedo way, OP? Or is it just that you think he's a pretty kid?

From a completely objective and obviously non-sexual viewpoint, that child is very beautiful. Kids can be "attractive" in the sense that some are very aesthetically good looking, and I don't think it's necessarily wrong to acknowledge that.

Of course if by attractive you mean something sexual, then yes, that's pedophilia.
