Eh, maybe they're just excited to be in this new show? It might wane? On the other hand, I kind of expect some self-promotion with people who have something to promote. I mean, it's their job, they benefit from people watching/reading/listening to whatever they create/are involved in, so I can't get mad at that.

It's fine in moderation, IMO. It can be a fun little game and it's really cool when someone gets it.

It's just, like, don't rely on it, don't be obnoxious about it, don't make it the only thing going on in your conversation. Don't try to be like a Big Bang Theory character. That's no good.
