I had to take my mother to work because this fancy department store has huge sales and wow it was a nightmare. I parked and got some tea at various places and walked around - yikes.

I went to a New Year's Eve party at a friend's house and stayed the night, only getting home about half an hour ago.

Listening to New Year's Day by Taylor Swift on repeat. Also, I low key watched the Sabres/Rangers game. Booked my bus ticket for a trip in Fenruary, and am now pulling apart my book of dye cut shapes for crafting purposes. It's too cold for me to consider going outdoors.

I mistakenly assumed I had to work today, but I didn't, so I did the laundry I'd been putting off for a week, played Minecraft, worked on my grad school application, and got Chinese takeout for dinner. I'd call it a pretty good start to the year.

I cooked a ton of food intending to share with roommates but they’d gotten takeout, so now I have leftover everything. Gonna mop the floor, hang some laundry, plant some stuff, and go for a walk because I’m superstitious and don’t want to have not left the house today.

I dunno, I've only really gotten drunk just a handful of times. My tolerance is pretty high, I usualy end up getting sleepy, and want to sleep before any fun can begin.

I have to find a new gyno and the closest female one is an hour away. The idea of going to a male doctor squicks me out. I GET that they are professionals but I've never had a male one.
