I think the last episode i saw of R2 was...episode 4? And nothing has made me excited or pulled me back to watching it, and once i heard and saw caps about Shirely i refuse to watch it for a very long time lmao
The whole fandom can fuck off, Shirley was absolutely adorable.

142. I hated the characters for the most part... the plot became potentially good but was very poorly address overall... (I felt it had so much potential during the Rossiu episode, a bit after Kamina died and the arc where Simon was thrown in jail...) In fact I thought Rossiu was the most compelling character because he had growth and TRUE characterization. The majority of the characters are animu characters with static personalities. I don't think anyone seriously could think that this anime represented realistic growth.

101- I assume they are being paid pretty good royality payments.


103- I enjoyed it. It was done in a silent movie/Charlie Chaplin style that may not have been for everyone. The original plan had the whole movie without talking. Pixar/Disney must have thought that would not have been to everyone's liking.

143- I would seriously doubt it. But then again I have seen postshere about shipping a number of outher 1930's era stars, so ya never know.

103. Actually from a person that didn't like about it, that element i LOVED (I used to watch Charlie Chaplain marathons when I lived in Japan). I only got bored when it when into Disney typical plot phase once they hit space. Prior I loved it.

140. I'm going to emphatically agree with the top one, and be undecided on the bottom. Still, I am completely stoked to see Heath Ledger's version of the Joker, and was way back when it was first announced, because I think he's going to bring something absolutely terrifying to the role, and it will be delicious, and I will love it oh so much. But I have to keep the universes seperated in my mind, because really, Mark Hamill is the definitive Joker. I read the comics, I hear his voice. I'd pay good money to hear him sing the song from The Killing Joke. He brought the perfect balance of dark playfullness and psychotic, homicidal insanity to the role. Ever watched the Batman Beyond movie? He's just no-holds-barred terrifying.

And dangit, why can't they have Harley? She needs to be in the movies!

165. Yeee-ahhhh... I mean, yay, happy-ish ending, I guess, but the whole point of the Doctor and Rose's relationship was that it didn't need saying. Never had to be verbally acknowledged. It was weird to put him on the spot like that, and made me miss my Nine/Rose very much indeed.


166. I appreciate that the tragedy added another layer of depth to the finale. An example of the Doctor really not being able to save everyone in a less literal way. But it sucked to do that to Donna. I liked it up until the end, though.
