I kind of enjoy reading riffings, because it shows me that everyone does not feel the same way I do, and that there can actually be people who dislike the things I like and still have valid points. 115. I felt like a bad slasher when I watched it because it just didn't do much for me. I saw how their story was sad and moving and powerful, but I just didn't FEEL it.

Though, they DO get to be happy in the movie. But not all the time, and it doesn't end well.

It is a gorgeously filmed movie, and I really liked it a lot, but it is, in fact, TWELVE TONS OF ANGST stuffed in a one-ton drum, and if that's not your cup of tea you can probably find better uses of those two hours.
