149. I sort of agree. I have a very hard time slashing anyone, m/m, m/f, or f/f, unless they have shown some sort of romantic or sexual attraction to each other. And, outside of 'real' yaoi series, most series have very few boy/boy moments that cannot be put down to friendship.
Scenes such as Naruto accidently kissing Sasuke, or two guys hugging, or having a close friendship, or living together, or liking each other, do not a romantic relationship make.
I cannot understand those who claim to have 'slash goggles' and seem to ship people just for the hell of it, especially when the two characters have little screentime together, or have given no sign of having had anything else but a platonic relationship. And then have the nerve to get upset when said pairing ends up not being canon.

134. Really? Hmm, of all the characters to inspire that kind of feeling, he is kind of a surprise.

142. I am not that big of a fan of Nadal. He just bugs me. But I adore Federer, which means this has been an awful year for me.

149. I don't think not liking yaoi personally has anything to do with whether one is uncomfortable with the idea of two men being together. I mean for some people, yeah, and they are douches, but not all or even most non-yaoi fans are like that. I personally would just rather read stories with women in it so by its very nature yaoi or slash doesn't much appeal to me.

I would say don't feel bad about not liking it and it really doesn't matter why other people do, you are not less of a girl for not getting it.
