Well, that choice was kind of forced on them, wasn't it? It was go into PD and storage for 100 years or more, and then be brought back without a shred of memory or personality from your previous life.

They literally couldn't fight the city and the robots, but they could reclaim actually creating things, actually feeling things, actually living without being forced into this extremely narrow and proscribed rut.

This movie is so quotable and the cast is classic.

Secret: I find it pretty boring to watch and wouldn't mind if they remade it.

Bonus: I'd like to see Wesley and Buttercup's roles swapped. Dread Pirate Buttercup!

Not Secret: I'm sure if they remade it they'd botch it by casting young and blandly attractive actors and having a completely unsuitable director.
