Crowdtap (US only) https://crowdtap.com/ Has an app and site. So far, I've racked up enough points for $20 worth of gift cards. Rewards delivered quickly. No disqualifications, short apps.

Google Opinion Awards (available in many countries) https://surveys.google.com/google-opinion-rewards/ iPhone App awards to paypal, Android app awards to Google Play Store. Sporadic surveys but always quick.

YouGov (available in many countries) https://today.yougov.com/ This one is a slow earner. One thing I love is that you can check your profile for all kinds of data about things you have voted on. They have non-paid questions that you can answer as well.

Prolific (available in many countries) app.prolific.co You participate in surveys for students. They pay you through paypal. The researchers do HAVE to approve your payment which is a bit annoying.

QuickThoughts (I think US only?) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.surveysampling.mobile.quickthoughts&hl=en_US These are longer surveys (some up to 20 minutes) but you if you are disqualified, it happens early. If you are disqualified, you still get 10 cents for participating. Getting rewards is nearly instant. You get $10, click the little gift icon, and get your Amazon code. There are many reports of people being randomly banned so ALWAYS cash out as soon as you get $10.

I came home from a long day at work to find someone, most likely my next door neighbor, had cut down as much of my (currently full of fruit) pomegranate tree and the dragonfruit cactus and young grapevine entwined with it as they could reach and then heaped it up in the alley it used to overhang. I just spent three hours crying and swearing and lugging branches into my backyard and sweeping and filling my trashcan to overflowing and they keep fucking doing this. Last time they took a picture of the brushpile and added a bunch of their own old furniture they’d left in the alley and reported it as though it was my mess.

I don’t have a car and can’t drive, so I can’t haul this to the dump myself. I’m gone 14 hours a day for work and leave in the dark before sunrise and come home after sunset; I have no time to do anything much but work. I don’t make much money, so I can’t hire anyone. I have one of my two relatives coming to visit from out of state on Saturday and Sunday and a volunteer thing I’m doing Saturday. I meant to go shopping and make work lunches and do some laundry when I came home and instead I lugged dead tree and got poked full of holes. I just started at a new location last month and I’ll probably have to miss work tomorrow so I can get all that stuff done and finish cleaning up the mess they left.

I miss when my neighborhood wasn’t so full of gentrifying rich assholes.

Can you guys be subtle (if I give you the link) and/or give me your honest opinion?

So I've been paranoid as shit lately, and part of that is some terrible timing from me posting fanart for like the first time to a fanfic I absolutely love, and a secret coming up about hating when fanart is embedded into a fic. (yes! i've been holding this back for that long...)
Problem is that the fic writer said they'd update in a week, as they were figuring out a medium between length vs. wait time... it's been longer than I week I must say, it's probably been the longest time they've had between posting chapters. (which was already like a month and more in between) My paranoia says that I've somehow corrupted and/or killed this fic I love... and since we're already on the subject of fanart, I'd like some kind of opinion.

I don't want to link the fic obviously, but can a fanart be so bad that it pretty much kills what it's trying to support? I'd like some opinions... I'm kinda dying here.
I'm sort of willing to link the pic, but my paranoia is telling me not to.
