And I'll never forgive Kubo for not only letting him get away with what he did to Ishida (let alone Nemu) but even using him to character rape Ishida six ways from Sunday and degrade him into a comic relief. Well, it's probably not the sort of thing I want to be able to say "thank god it's not just me" to, but on the other hand, I guess it's always good to not feel alone, even when it comes to negative things. If that at all made any kind of sense.

I ended up regretting submitting the secret though, because even as a (hopefully) anonymous secret, it still made me feel a little uncomfortable to put out there.

130. I don't think you can measure it like that. My favorite fic, surprising is a shipping one but that entirely focused on the romance. I don't know, I tend to judge fics on their individual merits to the point I can't tell if one section is better than the other. However, I don't think your f-list would alienate you for such a preference like that though or you need a new one.

146. Don't be, there's a guide to and a sweeping majority of the time, they write the name out because it's kinda required to write out warning in the LJ fandom.

People can like a manga for a lot of different reasons. Some people don't go looking into a series for 'omg warnings of epidemics!11' There's a lot of fluff in Chobits tand people are free to like that, but yeah, there is also that aspect of questioning what may become reality and stuff. The series was dealing with the fact that humans can fall in love with machines, and we saw all the good and bad things that came from it. In the end it was just an exploration of different couples, and I think CLAMP pretty much left it up to people to decide how to interpret it.

This, I never seen it as a warning, but an exploration on the subject. Honestly, I don't think Hideki is turning down real women to go for an artificial one, as we seen with his interaction with Yumi that he didn't have a bad opinion on women. Heck, you can say that Hideki fell for her because she was so human like and hoped that she was this legendary Chobit that could actually feel. It's not that Hideki ditched women to be with a robot, more like he just love in love with her for who Chi was outside of that.

130: maybe you've been unlucky with the shippy fic? The best fics I've read have always been slash/yaoi. Or you've been lucky with the gen. If you've got recs, I'd be very grateful; most gen I find tend to be lackluster and boring (I love gen in theory - I just haven't been able to find much that I liked).

146: It doesn't take long to learn, promise! Though I admit knowing Japanese made it slightly easier. I think it's possible to google lists, though. I mostly only bothered with Tsuna (27), along with Hibari (18) and Mukuro (69) - the people I wanted to slash him with. XD

I'd really have to give the series a rewatch before I could give a substantial response to this secret, and I have to admit that I really struggled to understand Matsuka and his behaviour.

But! I thought he was a really good portrayal of how a character can have so many of those stereotypical uke traits without being a useless simpering puddle of wasted space. He's... spineless in some respects, but quite remarkable in others. I don't get you, Matsuka, but for all your fearfulness you're really something.
