115. This is quite possibly the cutest BFF secret I've seen on here, and I'm not entirely sure why, as I'm not even that wild about Scrubs anymore.

119. I did that with Space Jam. I wish I'd never gone back and watched it because no amount of nostalgia can cover up the fact that's it's an embarrassingly bad movie. I also went back and watch the Fox and the Hound and was more lulled by it than engaged and I was overwhelmed with a feeling of gloomy realism that I couldn't have understood as a child.

Seriously, this bullshit is ridiculous. "OMG I had no tolerance for these horrible, awful books, I swore I'd hate them forever, then I actually looked at one and- and FORMED MY OWN OPINION!!!!" Yeah, that'll happen when you're not just a sheep going along with a particular crowd. You should be more ashamed for judging and rabidly hating a book you never even tried to read than actually giving it a try and finding out it wasn't that bad. For the record: I stopped reading partially into it, but am meaning to pick it back up because, while Light is an asshole and L has problems, I found their conversations and cat-and-mouse games incredibly engaging and intelligent. Being spoiled for it takes a bit of that away, but it was incredible to try to imagine where it was going, and if L would figure it out, or if Light would outmaneuver him. So you can keep your other series, I guess, whatever they are, but I'm going to continue thinking that Death Note is not crap and loving the psychological aspects of it. (:

Did I ever say my opinion had to be the opinion everyone else agrees to? No. I never did. And yeah, it's baffling to me that anyone else can like it, because I do not personally see the appeal. But just because it's confusing to me doesn't mean I don't accept it. I do. I just don't share the opinion, and I'm very blunt about my own opinions.

Yes, I hate Death Note, and I hate it actively. Because EVERYONE in my social circle thinks that series is fucking ace, and I'm basically tired of hearing about it. Once they shut up about the genius that is Death Note, I'll forget about it.

167. The first time I read this, I thought you said you were going to do it. I drafted up this long ramble about why you should not, including my own personal account with anorexia and healthy eating and exercising tips for an alternative. Then I reread and realized you've already been starving yourself. I don't know if you've told anyone offline about this or if you've even lapsed into actual anorexia/bulimia, but I still hope that you stop starving yourself. Obsessing over vanity weight is usually what leads people into self-starvation, and then they later lapse into the psychological body image disorders. Once you are truly sucked into the vicious cycle that comes with anorexia/bulimia, you never truly recover from it. I know this is no place to preach to you, and I'm not going to blame the media or anything, I just really hope you're able to quit before anything gets too serious. Fifteen pounds is a lot, and there's a good chance you might already be anorexic/bulimic (depending on your normal body weight and habits outside of what you explained in the secret), but I won't make any assumptions. If you already are, however, I beg you to seek help. Too many people die from anorexia and bulimia, and it's a helluva lot more serious than people seem to think from the outside. Sorry about the tl;dr; I'm just passionate about this stuff.
