160. I don't think you should worry so much about it. Half of cosplaying is looking like the character sure but the other half is being able to pull them off properly. I cosplay a stick thin man and I'm not stick thin or a man but the fact that I can play off the character covers for that. If you lived near me I'd make you up a costume and cosplay with you and say you were the best at it no matter what.

160. If you do a good job, they'll be less likely to make fun of you regardless of your weight. It all depends on skill, really.

This, exactly! The only problem I have with "fat cosplayers" is when they make their costumes too small/cut them wrong, so it looks bad! Newsflash -- make your costume too small and even if you're 60 pounds, you'll still look bad!

It was one of my first SNES games! I still play it every now and then.

He's like, my favorite video game character ever, and I still agree with you. Sort of. I mean, yeah he should have stayed dead, but I'm not gonna say I hate him NOT being dead so yeah.

Personally I was kind of liking the whole "okay this new Shadow is a clone/android/whatever" thing and he could have had dealing with being a clone and other crazy stuff and it would have been awesome.

... That said, I think with how he was portrayed in the 2006 game ~~(assuming we pretend Sonic and Elise and even Eggman just plain weren't in it and it was Shadow the Hedgehog 2: Flames of Disaster)~~ he's back on track.

156) You know, they don't enjoy it because it's badfic. They enjoy those fics because it's the characters they like most in situations that appeal to them. This can be frustrating to someone who happens to enjoy a different pairing, or has no interest in those situations, but simply calling it badfic and assuming that no one has taste will get you no where.

Instead, stop looking at those fics and start looking at what you are writing. Remember, it doesn't matter how well you write, if what you write is boring, no one is going to read it.
