There've been a lot of "NCIS" secrets recently. It's rather bizarre. (Even though I love the show to death, it's still weird. Ignored for a while and now lots of secrets? Vast "NCIS" fandom conspiracy!)

Could be because people are catching on to changed programming schedules. I'm not sure when, but within the past 4 months or so they've started showing it a lot more. So now you've got the hordes of college kids with free time at weird hours, and highschoolers just getting home, and a lot of them have already seen the perpetual Law & Order to the point of having some episodes memorized, so from like 3-6 p.m. or whatever it is in whatever timezone, there's basically nothing else on. I have it on when I'm putting dinner on usually.
