And Laliari is such an obvious Sue it's disgusting. And her actress is LAUGHABLE! Smiling like a dumbass /= ACTING!

#104: I have only a casual interest in Japanese pop culture up to and including anime, but I have friends whose desire to move to Japan has a lot more to do than their anime fandom. They hold down jobs (and sometimes move over there as a part of their jobs) and make a huge effort to learn the language and culture.

TL;DR Way to pigeonhole a lot of people unfairly. :\ Not everyone who wants to move to Japan is a basement-dwelling otaku.

Sorry if I made it seem like no one's allowed to have crack pairings. That wasn't what I meant, I just didn't want a wall of text for a secret.

I couldn't give less of a damn if people have crack pairings, but I'm tired of all my friends following me into each new fandom, finding the crackiest pairing they can, and shoving it down my throat like I'm some fucking moron who can't see it. They know I don't like that shit but they do it anyway...just so passive aggressively that I'll be the douchebag if I ask them to stop, and then they'll call hypocrit when I stumble on a crack pairing I DO enjoy.

OK! Well, I see your point, but to be fair, FANBOYS are rare, especially ones who are relatively non creepy. ALSO, there is another thing at it with me. Which is that my main fandom right now is KPop and LET ME TELL YOU...I never thought I'd find guys in the parts of the fandom I'm in. Sure, SNSD makes sense. Wonder Girls makes sense. To a certain extent, DBSK makes sense (I know that guys are more willing to identify as DBSK fans right now...)
But a band like SHINee? Which consists of five boys from the age of 15-19? DUDE, they are totally going for that 13-17 year old girl bracket, but not only did they end up picking up the 18-25 year old woman bracket, but also the male bracket...? I mean, I love the fanboys I've met in that fandom. But I'm not allowed to squee? They're so rare, and usually so adorable :D.

Apparently you didn't get this things at all (and maybe I worded things wrong). You do realize that it might be a sensitive subject to someone (being the x to someone's y actually being a serious matter and liking a person you shouldn't like who just HAPPENS to remind you of a character.)? So be kind and don't go around saying it's moronic.

If you must know, this person (clumsy, idiotic, adorable, irritating) was.. is a person who came into my life very quickly and also very quickly made me like him way, way too much. And uh.. messed up my head, badly. (Lol we did cosplay those two at one point too and those two just kind of stuck with us through our relationship.) The whole story would take all day.

Sorry for ranting and sounding so butthurt. :(
