The Gaang wound up with Mai's baby brother and they offered a trade - Bumi for Mai's brother. Mai, Azula, Ty Lee go to collect at the designated meeting place. At the last minute, Azula says "Actually, I don't really want the baby. Instead I'm going to beat you up." Mai goes along with Azula's plan and attacks the Gaang.

The whole thing should really be seen as parallel to the Ty Lee incident where Azula "persuades" Ty Lee to leave the circus - it's demonstrating how Mai is very much under Azula's thumb. You can hate her for it if you want, but it just sort of misses the point, especially if you're bitter that she stands up for Zuko later on.

155:Well, I liked him a helluva lot more than Joshua, and I liked his idiotic/dorky personality. I have a slight weakness for characters like Beat - there's something vaguely adorable about the way they act, and I simply can't bring myself to hate them. Granted, I would probably dislike a character like Beat IRL(Does that make me a hypocrite?). Then they would just be annoying.

169. Uh. Dude. That you find other girls hot sometimes doesn't even make you bi. Recognizing that someone is attractive and actually being attracted to them are two different matters entirely; just make sure you're not confusing the two. Plenty of straight girls can say acknowledge another girl as being smokin' hot for whatever reason, but it doesn't mean they're ATTRACTED to that girl, nor does it mean they're bi. Not to mention you're being drawn to very idealized bodies here that usually look next to nothing like a real lady. I think you're letting it get to you too much, imo. If you were having these thoughts about ladies you saw on the street and feeling attracted to them, THEN I would say you might need to reevaluate your concept of your sexuality. Just take a step back and try to determine where these thoughts are coming from and if they're based in genuine physical attraction or just recognition and appreciation of hotness. If you truly do think you are bisexual, though, accepting that fact will be a lot easier than thinking "but I WANT to be straight!" That nagging feeling will only give you hell and hurt, so it's probably best to resolve it either way before it festers too much.
