I don't know anything about these people, but small businesses are most likely to fail in their first year, unfortunately, and it's not like economic conditions have been great for starting a business in the last few years. And if they've just lost their investment I don't think it's at all weird that they're not moving to a better place!

I’m with you. That he’s asking for privacy makes me super curious. I’m torn between thinking he is lying* that it was doing well or that he had partners and was squeezed out.

*I can easily see him lying to himself about this, or bald faces lying to save face, or even that he believes it was doing well but it wasn’t enough to cover the overhead (which obviously means it wasn’t doing well but he may have had a lot of clients and felt like it was more successful than it was).

The first one was dumb but fun and (unlike most DC movies) actually had pacing, plot and competent storytelling. And the first one is actually the highest grossing of the DCEU movies because casual fans could enjoy it.

Even though Wolverine is one of my favorite X-Men characters, I agree.
Hopefully with the reboot they'll focus on other characters instead (personally I want a Nightcrawler or Storm movie, but that's probably never going to happen).
