I know I'm missing out. This looks amazing. Rebels and Clone Wars look amazing. But I just can't do cartoons. I'm not even sure why. I just get bored. I think maybe part of watching for me is getting invested and immersed in the world. And that is harder to do with a cartoon. I do read the plots of the Star Wars cartoons to know what happened. But I wish I could enjoy watching.

I do end up watching cartoons, it just takes me longer. I haven't watched this. I did finally get around to watching Rebels and Clone Wars, though. And while the first seasons start out feeling young, they both become great shows.

Weirdly, despite it starting out at live action, I think Star Wars works best in animated/videogame form.

I have a hard time with cartoons too.

There are some exceptions and I’m not always sure why they are exceptions for me. I guess it’s easier with comedy and harder with certain art styles.

I actually kind of hate that I have to say this, but Mr. Beast finally had his cameo on Survivor, and it was a lot better than I had anticipated. I don't particularly like him but he really handled it well, he was not a camera hog, he genuinely acted honored and happy to be there, without it coming across as disingenuous. It was way better than the other celebrity cameo that has happened on this season so far.
That said, Jeff Probst (Survivor's host) was glazing Mr. Beast in a really obnoxious way, he was definitely the worst part of the episode instead of Mr. Beast himself.

Many years ago I ended up on a transcontinental flight sat next to the most insufferable douchebag. Male, of course. Unfortunately for my sanity, I made the mistake of having a Gundam cell phone strap. And he saw it. And I was stuck trying to escape the conversation for hourssssss. He was particularly full of vitriol about Gackt and his Gundam Pilot Costume in a music video.

on the up side, this was how I became intrigued enough to look up more music like this movie theme song and ended up discovering one of my favorite artists and all of his gloriously outrageous costume choices

Out of all the scions Kryle is my least favourite by a long way. I don’t even think she’s particularly unlikeable or a bitch or anything like that.

I just find her so boring that I can’t bring myself to care when she’s a central part of any story, like sorry girl but I zone you out.

s!b: almost the entire player-base complained about Kryle ‘not getting her moment’ in Dawntrail when I was bored shitless when the story was focusing on her too much in Living Memory. Oops.

Her job is cool though, Pictomancer is a lot of fun!
