You know, I feel for you, I do, but at least both halves of your pairing are alive and still on the show. Some of us have had to keep a pairing going on much, much less. And have started to feel kind of ridiculous for it. Sometimes. So.

The point is. I sympathize. I do. Mostly because I miss Mohinder too and the way he's been used bothers me much more than a lot of other things on the show.

Yeah, I hate to say it but this secret doesn't surprise me in the least. I think about 80% percent of the people against the movie are just upset that their particular casting choice wasn't chosen. Then, they latched onto the racebending movement to feel better/more superior/whatever.

If it helps, try to think of the movie as a separate fandom than the show. Otherwise your brain will sorta explode.

I don't think it's her body type that people are looking at, but more her confidence in herself and overall attitude. Like she said, and I'm paraphrasing, "people think/thought that she can now have confidence in herself because she got this awesome part when instead she's always seen her self as awesome." She doesn't let what people think of her define who she is, only she can do that.

Oh, OP, this makes me kind of sad, because even in the story, it's implied that NO ONE ELSE could have such a ridiculously sweet relationship. I adore this verse, but it's not very realistic. (Which is a-ok, I don't read RPF AU for realism.)

I hated the bastard and I'm glad he's dead (except that it fucked up the boys even more).
I can't find it within myself to go easy on him about anything. I forgive him nothing and I have no issues thinking the very worst of him (i.e.Something Wicked).

Hey, you can always try for a semester at any of the sorts of universities that have that "old stone" thing about them. I know the shitty little state school I went to had a 6 week summer program at Oxford, which is about as old stone as you can get.
