There is no excuse to be an asshole to a victim of abuse or rape just because you're feeling judged

lol. So abuse and rape victims are so frail you can't call them out on their bullshit? Please. Most, if not all, people have experience some form of abuse during their life and amazingly most people still manage to not take everything personally and judge other people for their harmless kinks. We can't go around treating someone like porcelain just because they experienced something awful. Everyone does, it's part of life. As long as people warn for extreme stuff with trigger warnings and put it behind a cut I don't see any valid reason to complain about this.

Also; what about those of us who have "abuse/rape/pedophilia/insert other bad kinks" because we experienced it? Are we allowed to feel angry about being judged or is it only the "pure, innocent" survivors that it's not okay to be "mean" towards? Cause being called an abuser for liking something as a result of abuse seems way more damaging than telling someone not to read something if they find it offensive.

1. Kurt kept his secret because he didn't believe in outting people. Even Karofsky called him out on that in a recent episode.

2. How did Karofsky force Kurt to forgive him?

I agree, he deserved it. I did feel a little bad for him, but it was sort of lost in the overwhelming lust I'd developed for GLaDOS at that point.

1. Kurt was forced to keep the secret about the assault and Karofsky's sexual orientation because Karofsky threatened his fucking life. Or did everyone just conviently forget that little detail? Because that was the original reason why he didn't say anything eventhough he was terrified and telling about the sexual assault would have enabled Kurt to stay at McKinley and get Karofksy expelled.

2. You're right. It might not be forcing, but it sure as hell was coercive. Crying in the freaking hallway about how sorry he was for abusing Kurt doesn't really give Kurt much of a choice. Doing that in the first place was extremely selfish and Kurt would have been made to feel guilty and like a total ass if he didn't accept the apology.

Did you try picking it up by the tail? I did that a few years ago and got a rather powerful foot in my chin.

I've always believed that I've got no chance of surviving the zombie apocalypse. I'm intending to take out as many as I can before I off myself though.

1. Kurt wasn't going to tell anyone even before the death threat. Also he had a chance to tell people why after the threat in Furt but he still didn't tell them. Why? He was around lots of people to protect him. Maybe because he doesn't like outting people. Yes it's stupid and if I was in his position I would of told but Kurt didn't.

2. It was implied that this apology wasn't going to happen in that scene. It was Kurt talking to him that made Karofsky cry. Kurt telling him that he see his pain caused it. I'm pretty sure that Karofsky didn't plan that apology at all.

1. Even IF that wasn't reason Karofksy still, at the very least, tried to force Kurt into silence with fucking deaththreats. And I'm still not coninced that's not why Kurt didn't tell. I don't believe that Kurt would sacrifice THAT much to keep Karofsky's secret if he wasn't also scared that the threat would be realized.

2. So?

Oh, heck no. I know not to pick animals up by the tail, but I did tease it with a bag of food. It was actually pretty nice about it; it CLIMBED up on me and grabbed the entire bag out of my hand, pushing me down in the process and giving me a lot of scratches.

Though I have to wonder if I'm the only one who actually found those scenes hot? Cause I'm not gonna lie, I kind of did. I don't usually like shota because of the blushing and "innocence" and I don't even remotely like Alois/Claude but those scenes hit all kinds of buttons for me. Then again I like old men, loved Hannah and ship Alois/Hannah like crazy so I never really got into Kuroshitsuji 2 fandom.

The double standard that OP pointed out is so true though. Man-who-is-hot/boy = okay and not pedophilia. I saw this a lot in Loveless fandom too once upon a time. ~*But-but-but Soubi is hot and their totes soulmates!1!!*~

And yes I know it's fucking stupid what Karofsky did. Also it was fucking stupid that Kurt didn't tell anybody about the threat. I would chalk it up to them being stupid teens not knowing what to do in these situations.

So, you're implying that Karofsky planned that whole apology, even though Kurt unintentionally instigated it. Plus you should know that Karofsky is struggling with his sexuality plus fully regretting all the shit he did to Kurt. Karofsky cracking under the pressure was bound to happen eventually.

I know I've asked people to explain mainly because I find the reasoning behind most people who ship Kurtofsky to be something like "aww, isn't Dave just a big teddy bear and it's adorable because Kurt will look after and hug him" and stuff like that. If shippers held Karofsky accountable for the fact that he threatened Kurt's life... I don't know. No matter the reason I know I'll NEVER ship Kurtofsky (If it becomes canon I'm just not watching Glee anymore. I find it that repugnant), but every time I've seen people ship it it's like the shippers are in some kind of fantasy world where it's like "aww isn't Dave ADOWABLE?" when all I see is a guy who threatened to kill Kurt. So sorry, I need some explanation.

Exept Kurt wasn't "stupid" for not telling someone about a sexual assault and abuse. Victims aren't stupid for not wanting to face the stigma and a death threat. So sick of people laying the blame on Kurt for not telling. How about laying the blame on Karofksy for assaulting and threatening him? Which also wasn't just a stupid teenage thing, it was cold, planned and systematic abuse. Karofksy didn't just stop with the "kiss" he continued the sexual harrasment afterwards in a completely controlled and calmheaded manner.

I also fucking hate when people say things like "Krofsky was stupid, but Kurt was stupid too". It's like hearing rape apologists saying "Yeah, raping her was stupid, but she was stupid for wearing slutty clothes~". Just no. It doesn't work that way.
