Yes. I think in total I've made fourteen troll or joke secrets in five months. It's always exciting to see which will get great reactions and which will be ignored. I like offbeat wank so I try and come up with creative secrets. Sometimes people agree or encourage my secrets and I'm left bewildered.

There was one. One beautiful secret that was a last minute thought and I didn't expect all that many people to respond. You guys lost your shit. That was my favorite thread ever. I had one of those fits where you think you'll never stop laughing.

I've also made a secret on behalf of someone else and added an unauthorized trolly element. It was beautiful.

In my school district, yes. It was also my teacher's favorite book and she was neither a particularly good teacher nor well-versed in her native language, which colored my experience greatly.

To a certain extent, I can understand his character as someone who didn't want to go into war, didn't believe in the war, and who was primarily interested in self-preservation. It was the arbitrary censoring of letters that really got to me. He was just pointlessly making others' lives worse or more difficult, and it made me despise him from the outset.

I always feel awkward when people get all antsy about minimal prep in fic and mock how unrealistic it is because when I first started experimenting I kinda just went for it and had a great time. So this thread is validating.

Especially since in college when I admitted to some other girls losing my virginity didn't hurt they all tried to convince me I must have been raped and repressed the memories.

There are a lot of stories that have come out of the various kpop fandoms I'm either in or familiar-ish with. Whereabouts on the funny-horrifying scale are you looking? Cause, of course, horrifying always comes to mind faster.

Super Junior fandom has the famous episode where a girl was lucky enough to get a picture taken with one of the members (I don't remember who) and the crazier members of the fandom ended up supposedly driving her to suicide. Then there are stories out of various fandoms of "fans" doing things like crashing their cars into ones carrying the stars to cause accidents or jumping out in front of cars so that the stars will have to pay them money and/or take them to the hospital.

There's also a bunch of home-invasion stories. DBSK this time. One of the members supposedly woke up to find a girl standing next to his bed. Another had the security cameras in his parking garage hacked and/or spy cameras put up so they could track his movements 24/7.

Then there's the "anti-fans" who occasionally try to kill people or ruin them somehow. One of the DBSK members ended up with a drink laced with superglue from one such incident.

Ao3 hasn't been around for ages, dude.. That writer could be the only one in her fandom who has bothered to archive her works there, and maybe all of her stories got tons of hits on a now-defunct former fandom-specific archive, or a message board, or even FFnet.

If her stories are shit, though, that could just be another explanation..
