I don't really have much to say about 24 itself.

But this is one of the cutest secrets we've had in a long time.

Honestly, the fact that they don't kill bad guys is why I don't enjoy Batman/Superman movies (maybe the rest of DC verse?). I don't care about 'slippery slope' or how you should not be judge/jury/executioner. If you are the only damn person that can beat this evil dude (who keeps escaping from jail and murdering more people), KILL HIM. Take a gun and shoot him in the back of the head.

I hate the logic in keeping the Joker alive anyway. "Hurr, I can't kill the Joker, muh code muh morals. Killing iz wrong, but I'd save thousands upon thousands of lives if I just killed him. OHWELLLOL"

It's one of the reasons why I just can't stand Batman anymore.

Well I think the thought process is that you've already pretty much missed the boat on being born a Time Lord, but (if Doctor Who were real) you could always wind up becoming a companion.

There's an element of realism (given that it is still entirely unreasonable and implausible etc etc) - your life could change tomorrow and you'd be wandering the galaxy. That's the appeal.

The fans that are upset that they added in that scene with Brienne and Jamie's sister are hilarious. GRRM wrote that episode, so it's pretty much canon.
