23. I've always thought that's pretty much the norm for RPers. I dunno. It happens to me. I like to look at different situations and think "What would he/she do/say right now? What would they think of what I'm doing right now?" to sort of get a firm hold on the character. I hear some commentary and what have you in different voices, but I don't like to think I'm insane just because I do. :'(

I also started having a huge thing for flowers in my room (which my loudest muse loves), and I've never cared about it before.

You know, it's funny. It's been so many years that I probably wouldn't have recognized his full name if it had been mentioned throughout the series. But that one line where it first appeared packed such a punch that it's been burned into my memory. That's pretty decent writing for a mass-produced children's series.

I still hated that ending, though...

I'm seriously sick of the cliques, though. The mod favoritism is REALLY bad, too. It would be nice if you could get involved in a story without sucking some mod cock or something.

It seemed fun right at the very beginning, but after the mod shuffling and the plot changed directions, it worsened very quickly. The moderators, honestly, infuriate me with their blatant favoritism for their cast mates and friends. It would be nice indeed.

8. I only started watching late in the season, but these two became my OTP immediately, and I was soooo disappointed that Tila didn't choose Dani. They were so amazingly cute together. :( Oh well, Dani's better off without Tila anyway. xD;;

Everyone's entitled to their opinions, although, really, the only ones I care to hear are the ones of our players. :/ We do our best. Our players have fun, and if someone's not enjoying themselves, then I would hope they'd spare themselves and leave. No one's forcing them to stay.

It is a little sad to see people taking so much time out of their lives to bash on something I've worked very hard on, but hey. To each their own. I don't expect to get any nice replies to this.

If you only care to hear those of your players, then you're honestly being very stuck up. As an ex-player, I'd like to think that my opinion has counted- but at no point did I feel welcome there. At no point did I feel that my concerns as a player were being heard.

And well, to be honest, 'so much time' really equaled all of two minutes. Secrets don't take hours of effort to create.

I hear you. If my mom had been a functional person when she was addicted to pain pills life would have been a lot easier. I don't really mind that House doesn't have a realistic addiction, though I guess I should. I just wish my mom had made wisecracks or at least gotten off the couch.

It's okay, no. 28. A lot of people like the character and Squall/Rinoa. Just because the most vocal part of fandom is anti-something, that doesn't mean the rest of the world is. (And, of course, by "world" I mean those outside fandom.)

50. It used to be so awesome. ;_; I still play there, and I want to keep playing there, but it seems like...if you're not involved in the ShinRa subplot, then there's no place for you. Plus, the entire reason I joined was because it wasn't a crack RP like all the other multifandoms out there, but now...I don't know. My Little Pony? Spy vs. Spy? The seriousness is gone from it, and that really makes me sad.

Some of the characters have been put on the list, that is true. But not all of them, as they should be. And it isn't just that; the moderators take on a lot of characters that they obviously can't handle, and the inactivity of their own characters is ignored. Axel is one example of this.

lol idk, different strokes for different folks? it's totally normal for people to like different things, and it's just as normal for people to dislike different things. the fact that you don't think it's ~~~fantastic~~~ honestly doesn't mean shit in the long run, considering there's people who do think its fantastic.

if you don't like it, then that's finnnnnne, baby. by all means, stay as far away from purg as you want.

btw, we don't have ~cliques~ and, even if we did, all the players are super super nice and totally have no problem with letting new players (or even old ones) get involved. there is absolutely NOTHING we can do if a player decides that he or she can't work up the balls to get themselves involved. we can only press so much. oh, and both of the mods are amazing. if you took like five seconds out of your schedule to talk to them away from the rp, you'd see that. they're probably two of the nicest people i've met on lj, and they always listen to any complaint that a player may have about the game.

but honestly, i don't know why i'm even arguing about this, considering it's not something you're supposed to take that seriously? it's just a game.

1. I'm with you. Some of my favorite characters in anime & manga smoke, but I can't stand the smell of it in RL. It's so much sexier drawn or animated than in RL.

1. Yeah, I can't stand being around smokers in real life -- my poor asthmatic lungs can't take it -- but it looks sort of cool in fiction sometimes. Or at least, it doesn't actually bother me -- I don't go "I like this character, but God, I wish s/he weren't a smoker" or anything like that.

I think as long as you're sane enough to actually worry about it happening/not want it to happen, you're not likely to become one of those "married on the astral plane"/"true incarnation of a fictional character" types. I mean, I don't think it's the sort of thing that happens to you involuntarily; there's a certain amount of wish-fulfillment involved. If that makes sense.

39. I don't blame you for crying. I didn't see the movie (I could tell from the preview that I was going to hate it, so why waste the time and money?), but it seems like they did terrible, terrible things to the books.
