r/fatpeoplehate got banned for harassment, along with a couple other subreddits.

The fatpeoplehate folks are horrible, of course, and barraging the site with dumb shit. Other, perhaps even dumber people, have decided this is a critical free speech issue.

In Reddit's defense, a lot of the site is also laughing at the morons, and specific subreddits with good communities that I lurk in are often aggressively nice. Still:

Uncertain query.

So we had a work event out of office that started a bit later in the day. One of my team mates told me to just go straight there, not go to work then there, so I did.

But my team went to work and then there? Which I wouldn't mind so much but the annoyingly nosy dude in next team over is teasing me about it but I don't think I did anything wrong? So I'm worried maybe the team is playing a joke on me but they've been quite alright so far so I reckon they were just be nice cause I've been doing loads of hours lately. But I also feel a bit embarrassed.

Idk being sensitive I think. This is the dude who obsessively comments on my arrival and departure times and sends texts if I'm not in the office and its straining my nerves cause I don't think I'm doing anything wrong? My boss's boss would let me know, he's pretty fair?

WTF is Rockstar Games doing

Okay, so Grand Theft Auto V is finally available for PC, right? And it's supposed to be on sale on Steam. But these bitches, they want to try to get people to pay full price for the game.

So first, they try making it so you can only buy it in a bundle with other games. People don't like that. They take it out of the bundle and make it available by itself.

...except they upped the regular price to $84, so with the "sale" price, it's $59.89...or, in other words, the regular full price of a brand new game.

Which is called price gouging.

Which is illegal.

They're alienating their customers and courting a fine, at minimum. Just to try to get a few extra bucks in the short term.
