So? Just becuase Kakashi/Iruka is the most popular Kakashi pairing out there doesn't mean that other pairings are non-existant.

Most of the time I see Kakashi fans (usually yaoi fangirl fans) pair him with Naruto, Sasuke, and even Neji, and constantly making jokes or refrences of Kakashi being a pedophile. I don't care if they pair him with Naruto/Sasuke, but calling him a pedophile (and calling him a "cute pedophile at that") is annoying as hell.

Some people even INSIST he's a pedophile. I wish it would end already... it's one of the many reasons I stay away from Naruto fandom.

I'd seriously perfer that they stop treating Kakashi that way and maybe write fics/Draw fics where he's paired with a legal aged Naruto, Sasuke, etc

Money is not sprouting out of my ears, and I'm tired of having to justify myself by spending all my money just to be a part of fandom. Fandom is important to us all, obviously, and I'm not going to give it all up just because I can't purchase everything.

I see your oversimplification of mental disorders as FAR more offensive than oversimplifying characters can ever be. It doesn't make a character's struggles cheaper if they have a mental disorder, because people with mental disorders have problems and hardships that are very real and very painful, derived both from their disorder and elsewhere. And it's not like going to a shrink and popping pills magically makes things better. It's very hard to recover from the depths of mental illness, even when aided by psychiatrists and medicine. I know second hand, I have relatives with bipolar who had serious trouble piecing their lives back together, and are still struggling months and even years after their diagnosis. You're right about not everything being that easy because MENTAL DISORDER ITSELF isn't that easy, and anyone who pretends it is is insulting real humans with those disorders far more than they are insulting fictional characters.

I AGREE WITH THIS COMMENT SO HARD.

It's very frustrating to have to deal with the attention whoring drama llama, he's just obnoxious and refuses to admit what he's doing. He's got a chronic case of the bad mod, and sometimes I suspect that half the community knows it, but what can be done? It's not like there's another comm that people trust, and it's the size of the main one that gets people to join it rather than the others.

I don't see how starting a comm first so that you can become some sort of BNF entitles you to have the primary comm in a fandom, but unfortunately, that just seems to be how it works. Anyone have any other ideas?

We could always just drop a colony on him, or two. But they might hit australia instead.
