Everyone has to die of something. Since she has contributed to the resurrection of curable disease in the Western World (in the developing world we can thank our good buddies at the CIA for that) I'm fine with her dying of one of those diseases as an example to everyone who might have been hoodwinked by her vacuousness to go and get vaccinated ASAP. In death, if her death was like that and not by (random example) bird strike, she might finally save more lives than she has put at risk. One might even say that the good of the many outweighs the good of the one.

I may get yelled at for saying this, but I mostly agree with you. If you deliberately spread inaccurate, harmful, and ableist medical advice that ends up hurting and killing thousands...then yeah. I'm not gonna cry if you kick the bucket early.

That's sort of harsh. I'm sort of glad she's a bit of a nobody now in terms of celebrity, but...people who are anti-vax generally are so because of misguided ideas about medicine/science and because they, ironically, want to protect kids.

I think the better solution is better education in that sense - or hell, basically just making vaccinations obligatory - instead of wishing people dead.

When did "first do no harm" become "first make as much money as possible off people" and regulate and shame them if they don't feel the strict and quick protocol with an extreme number of vaccines is safe for their newborn?

I'm sure you guys are ALL for choice in regards to birth control, right up to and including partial birth abortion, like where the fetus could survive easily and is already partly born, right?

But no choice for parents about when, how much, or even (gasp) whether they pump their children full of poison and vaccines right after birth and for years to come.

I have family members who are disabled because vaccines weren't readily available for them. I work with severely autistic kids and I just had a mom ask me, in tears, if her daughter would be "notmal" if she hadn't vaccinated her. Even so, I don't wish death on anybody, not even Jenny McCarthy. It just doesn't feel right.

Setting aside all the debate about wishing her dead, the problem with that wish, OP, is that she's probably fully immunized since her parents weren't crazy. It's her kids that are in danger.

I came to the personal conclusion a few years ago that whether the WBC were "Absolute Scum of the Earth" or "Actual Evil at Work" would be decided by if they vaccinate their children. Unfortunately, I have no desire to communicate directly with any of that brood, even over twitter on a sock account, and so the designation is still not finalized.

I wouldn't go that far with her, but I'll admit to wishing ill on the people who actually torture/kill their kids over this stuff.

I'm pretty sure I did NOT save the link, but I know there was one where a mother was posting online in lurid detail exactly how beautifully her children were suffering from I think whooping cough? In the name of proving how much better natural immunity was. That's just straight up potential serial killer behavior to me.

She's number 1 on my list of "people I would punch in the face without hesitation". But wanting her to die? No, make her live. Make her live to see the evils she's unleashed. Make her walk through intensive care units and see what happens without vaccinations.

In the meantime there's always the episode of Chuck where she's a spy and does of what's essentially sensory overload. As someone who essentially has an intersect already being autistic and this experiencing all that basically every day, it was INCREDIBLY cathartic to see that.
