I spent 3 hours at the zoo today. That was pretty awesome. Came home with a stuffed snake toy. No real plans for the rest of the weekend other than eating Thanksgiving leftovers.

I bought a couple of games on steam that I'm planning on spending WAY TOO MUCH TIME on and I'm kinda tempted to buy The Sims 4 at Gamestop since it's only $20. :\a Also working and trying to finish up school papers/projects, since we're going into our final week before actual Finals Week.

Baking. I have plans to make six different cookie recipes and freeze a good portion of it so I don't have to do it as it gets closer to Christmas.

So it's been a long time since I've had a console - though that was basically my childhood through college, because I move around so often internationally, it was easier to game on my computer. I don't even own a TV. But the Black Friday sales put a PS4 at $250 with a game. Is it worth it? I'm not super familiar with new games, since I tend to buy older games for cheaper on Steam, but if I get a PS4, I can download older games online right? Or something like that?

I haven't had a PS since PS2 but I wouldn't mind replaying older games like that.

Or is XBox significantly better? It seems like they all basically have the same games these days. For the record, I mostly play RPGs and such.

What's the best deal? Is it worth it?

Like a lot of people, I was a little afraid that it was just going to be a lazy cash-grab with not a ton of substance, but I really enjoyed it. Redmayne was a great choice for Newt; I'm a little in love with his portrayal. He looks adorable in the film too
