For how many seasons do you follow a TV show on average and what's the longest that you have watched a show?

I've noticed that I usually quit watching after the third season since it feels like most shows start dropping in quality somewhere around there. The longest would be 18 seasons (Heartbeat).

What are your unfavourite movies that somehow managed to nab a good composer?
Mine would be "Avatar" - it was a waste of time to watch, but damn is the music lovely.

What's some popular thing everyone has supposedly seen/read/listened to that you haven't or did and just aren't into and can't participate in that bit of pop culture?

For me, Game of Thrones is one. I've seen bits and pieces while staying in hotels, but I don't have HBO at home and I've never been able to do the binge-watching thing, so watching TV on DVD is awkward for me. As a result, I know very little about what is going on with that and don't get most of the references, and they are everywhere.

When you are obsessing over a manga that's still coming out and updates regularly but the place you're subscribed to for official translations is a little later than when the original comes out, and unofficial translations come out but you don't pirate and want the official translation full experience and now you're afraid to google stuff about the series because spoilers nooooooooo

I hate spoilers anyway but this is an ESPECIALLY bad one to have spoilers for!

Donald Trump and the next four years

Okay. Here is the deal. I'll agree to stipulate that Donald Trump is an unqualified dumpster fire and vote for anyone who runs against him in 2020. In return, you all have to stop telling me every single day how much of a dumpster fire he is. Deal? Because for the sake of my mental health I just cannot take four years of people running around screaming about Trump being a dumpster fire.

I feel that four years of running around yelling about the dumpster fire that is Trump is more likely to put me off voting entirely because I'll just be too fucking exhausted by it all to care anymore by that point. Case in point, half the people that I know who did not vote in the election or voted for a joke candidate was because of the six months of people going on about the dumpster fire of a campaign.

I mean, I had a busy day at work today, but this better not be thr start of a depressive slump, it's back to school on Wednesday and I can't afford to be a shambling zombie this semester.
